Seems a pity not have the VECTORS as the basic, "efficient" type, build arrays
as proposed; the other model of "compatibility" just to avoid change to ZetaLISP
seems the wrong approach; once again it adds and "institutionalizes" the
large variety of alternatives that tend to make the task of defining and
implementing a simple kernel more difficult.
