I guess I misunderstood the philosophy then. If the "yellow pages"
things work in every implementation, just like the "white pages" things,
then I'm happy with LOOP being in the yellow pages. I don't mind LOOP
not being in the part that we say we will never (well, hardly ever)
change, as long as writers of portable code are not discouraged from
learning about it and using it.
