What was actually decided about a "small" common kernel, rest
in LISP. Were core functions identified? This first place that
my work and expertise will strongly overlap; the smaller the
kernel, and the more jazzy-features that can be imnpleemnted
in terms of it, the better.
Have you sent out a revised Ballot, or are there pending questions that
the "world-at-large" should respond to (as apposed to the ongoing
group that has been making decisions). The last bit about the
lambda stuff for multiples is pretty obscure, seems to depend on
a model that was discussed, but not documented (as far as I can see).
In general, where are the proposed to solutions to the hard implementation
issues being recorded.
