I have spent a couple of days mulling over RPG's suggestion for putting
the keywords into a list in functional position.  I thought maybe I
could get used to the unfamiliarity of the syntax and learn to like
this proposal.  Unfortunately, I can't.

I do like Guy's proposal for dropping START/END arguments and also
several of the suggestions that Moon made.  I am trying to merge all
of this into a revised proposal in the next day or two.  Watch this
space.
